Have recently installed Office home and student on a new Samsung notebook and activated the product key online. Every time i try to use one of the office programs Excel, word or Powerpoint it crashes within 5 to 10 minutes and I have to go into the task manager to close the program which always says “not responding”. By the way, I mean every single time I try to use it. Very frustrating.. Ensure that you are running the “Click-To-Run” version. But you don’t have to uninstall Office Starter if you have it.
