After successfully installing and activating the Volume License Microsoft Office Standard on my computers for over a year now, all of a sudden 2 of them is stating that “Product Activation Failed”. Since my network is not connected to the Internet, I choose option2, over the telephone.

In the activation wizard window I can choose the language, but in step 2, the installation id has this, “[installation id]”, that’s it, no numbers. And step 3 is greyed out. Also another thing, I do get an error code 0xb sometimes when I open up an office app. How do I fix this?
