Unfortunatley I don’t know how to check the compression state of an image yet but there are only 4 possibilities at least in Windows 8. Turns out “max” is not always the compression used by microsoft for my Windows 8. Don’t even know what to think of it if that is a low or high level compression but that was what made the command work for me.
