I purchased the downloadable version of Windows 10 from Microsoft Store to install on an old laptop. I received an email with the product key, but there is no link to download the software. The email indicates I should go to my Order History in order to download it, but I see nothing in the Order History entry which would allow me to download it. The order just shows a status of “Completed”. Any ideas? It’s impossible to get a hold of a live person, and I’m not even sure how to request a refund.
